PENALTY FEE UPDATE

Thank you for your support and understanding, as a result of implementing the no show / late cancel penalty fee since August 2018 we have been able to reduce our no shows & late cancellations by over 60% and donate $1083 to RCH Foundation during 2018/19 financial year. Click here to view the bank cheque donated. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us a minimum of 2 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid fee.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

To ensure we run an efficient and effective practice, we have implemented a new fee policy on 1st August 2018 in regards to those who do not show up for their appointments or cancel late. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us a minimum of 2 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid fee.

PRIVATE PRACTICE FEE INCREASE

To keep in line with increased costs to run the practice, our private patient fee has gone up from 1st August 2018. This is our first fee increase since we opened more than 4 years ago.
The new fee will be visit time based so there will be slightly higher fee for after hours visits (e.g. after 8pm week days, after 1pm Saturday and all day Sunday/public holiday). Please check with Reception staff at the time of booking for the new fee details.
There is no change to our bulk billing policy so if you have a current valid Medicare card all your visits to our GPs for Medicare related services at any time are bulk billed to Medicare.

Onsite Cardiology Consultations

We now have a cardiologist onsite every fortnight for consultations and tests , e.g. Echo Cardiograms, Holter Monitor etc. To make a booking please call our reception on 9908-2555.
